If you are struggling to pay your rent, we have friendly staff who can support you and offer advice.
We charge rent over 48 weeks of the year meaning there are 4 rent clear weeks. Your rent calendar will show you when these are.
If you pay by standing order or direct debit these weeks will have already been taken into account and your payments will be reduced accordingly.
Rent statements detail all the transactions on your account, including rent and service charges, payments and housing benefit transactions. They are available online via our tenant portal or by request from our rents team.
