Our Gardening Scheme - Request Form

We understand that in some cases you may not be able to maintain your own garden, if this is the case you can be considered for our garden scheme.

If you are approved to join the list, we will arrange for our grounds maintenance contractors to;

• Cut your lawn throughout the year including removing grass cuttings (minimum of 20mm and max 60mm) costs £1.88 per week plus VAT per lawn.
• Hedgecutting  costs £0.93 per week plus VAT

If you are accepted onto the list, you will be charged weekly as part of your service charge. 

Please note - grass will not be cut if dog fouling is present.
