Listening to our customers is crucial in helping us improve what we do. We take your feedback about our services very seriously, and this is why we would like you to complete the satisfaction survey. By getting involved with us you can help develop new services as well as helping us to improve what we are already doing.
Our consultant Acuity has compiled the questionnaire, which is being sent out via email or post to all tenants, leaseholders and shared owners, and Acuity will also collate the responses for us.
