Along with a specialist contractor – Dalliam – we have recently completed some routine planned maintenance in one of our properties in Sherrifhales for one of tenants – Mrs Epsley.
The work included upgrading Mrs Epsley’s heating system to a new air source heat pump. This involved removing an old warm air heating system which had stopped working correctly.
Always important to us is keeping our tenants informed of what is happening before, during and after the process and ensuring they are happy with the finished product.
Mrs Espley, said: “I received a very quick response once STAR had called the workmen and had detailed instructions of what would happen and when. The pre-care was fabulous.”
Mrs Epsley continued: “They were clean, tidy and very professional – always tidying up after themselves at the end of the day.
“To be completely honest, I was surprised at how informed I was kept throughout the whole process. The STAR team were very informative and concerned about the whole process.
“STAR and their contractors’ interest in providing me with a service I’d be happy with was super and how it should be done!”
