As part our business objective we are committed to building new affordable homes to meet the needs of people on the housing list in Shropshire.
Our developments are carefully designed to ensure they are energy efficient and they include modern facilities for residents. For each proposed development we carry out pre-planning consultation events, and we invite local residents and councillors to share their views and offer suggestions.
We are very aware of the impact of development on surrounding area so for each proposed development we carry out pre planning consultation events, whereby we invite local residents and councillors to make comments and suggestions on the proposed plans.
Our developments are carried out in phases, the first of which was completed in March 2018 and we are currently working on Phase 4 and 5.
