We are Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing Ltd or STAR Housing, we are responsible for managing the Council homes in Shropshire.
We are managed by a Board of Directors, which is made up of three tenants, three Shropshire Council members, three independant members and one staff member.
Sitting underneath our Board is a group of customers who offer a customer perspective on our services. They are consulted about proposed changes to policies and procedures and carry out scrutiny of our services.
The Panel also award Community Chest Funding to projects which benefit the community and our customers.

We have a Community Chest Fund available to groups and for activities that can benefit our customers. We offer up to £750 for a wide variety of activities to invest in vibrant communities by making them Greener, Safer, Cleaner or more United.
